- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
- 2-1/2 pounds chicken, sirloin or flank steak, pork tenderloin, etc.
Method
Step 1
Combine ingredients. Pour over meat. Marinate for 2 hours or overnight. Discard marinade. Grill meat.
