Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 stick of margarine
- 1 cup sugar
Method
Step 1
In a bowl cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg. Combine dry ingredients and add a little at a time, alternating with milk until combined.
Step 2
Fill greased or paper lined muffin cups to half full. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
