Ingredients

  • 24 ounces white chocolate melted
  • 2 cups Craisins
  • 1/2 cup peanuts
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 4 cups small pretzels

Method

Step 1

Melt chocolate in a double boiler or microwave on low (add a little milk or butter and stir every 30 seconds).

Step 2

Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread pretzels on sheet. Pour melted chocolate over pretzels and spread evenly with a spatula. Sprinkle Craisins and nuts on top. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Step 3

When chocolate is hardened, break or slice bark into pieces.
