Ingredients (For the marinade)
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sherry
Ingredients (For the sauce)
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons sherry
- 1-2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1-2 teaspoons sugar
Ingredients (For the stir-fry)
- 2 pounds boneless chicken, diced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 inch ginger root, finely diced
- 4 cups vegetables of your choice, diced
- Hot dried chili peppers
Method
Step 1
Mix marinade ingredients and marinate diced chicken for at least 2 hours.
Step 2
Heat oil in a pan. Fry dried peppers until charred. Add chicken and stir fry over medium heat, constantly stirring until white (3-5 minutes).
Step 3
Add ginger and cook 1-2 minutes. Add vegetables. Stir together 4-5 minutes.
Step 4
Mix sauce ingredients. Over high heat pour into pan, stir constantly for 1 minute until meat is coated.
Step 5
