Ingredients
- 1 can (16 ounces) bean sprouts, drained
- 2 cups sliced cooked chicken
- 1 can (10-1/2 ounces) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 cup celery, sliced
- 1/2 cup green onions with tops, chopped
- 1 can (4 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 cup whole cashews
- hot cooked rice
Method
Step 1
Put all ingredients except cashews and rice in a crock pot and mix well. Cook on low 4-6 hours or high 2-3 hours. Stir in cashews before serving over rice.
