Ingredients

  • 1 can (16 ounces) bean sprouts, drained
  • 2 cups sliced cooked chicken
  • 1 can (10-1/2 ounces) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 cup celery, sliced
  • 1/2 cup green onions with tops, chopped
  • 1 can (4 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 cup whole cashews
  • hot cooked rice

Method

Step 1

Put all ingredients except cashews and rice in a crock pot and mix well. Cook on low 4-6 hours or high 2-3 hours. Stir in cashews before serving over rice.
