Ingredients
- 2 pounds whole chicken wings
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Method
Step 1
Cut chicken wings into 3 segments. Discard wing tips. Place wings in a greased shallow baking dish.
Step 2
Mix soy sauce, honey, vinegar and ginger. Pour over wings. Bake at 400° for 25 minutes.
