Ingredients
- 3 pkg ramen noodles (spice pack discarded)
- 1-in. piece of fresh ginger, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 4 cups chopped vegetables
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 3 teaspoons Sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 pound chicken or other meat, cut into bite size pieces
- Sesame oil, toasted sesame seeds, sliced green onion, toasted garlic, and cilantro for garnish (optional)
Method
Step 1
Cook noodles according to packet directions. Drain and toss with a little oil.
Step 2
In a wok heat the remaining oil. Stir fry vegetables over medium-high heat until crisp tender, 2-3 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.
Step 3
Stir fry chicken over medium-high heat until no longer pink, 3-5 minutes. Return vegetables to pan.
Step 4
Whisk together remaining ingredients and pour over meat and vegetables. Add drained noodles and toss to coat. Top with garnishes of your choice.
