Ingredients

  • 1 pound penne rigate, cooked and drained
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 pound boneless chicken cut into strips and seasoned with salt & pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 6 cups assorted fresh chopped or sliced vegetables
  • 3/4 cup chicken broth

Method

Step 1

Spray skillet. Over medium-high heat cook and stir chicken and garlic until chicken is no longer pink.

Step 2

Add vegetables. Cook and stir until tender-crisp, about 5 minutes. Stir in pasta and chicken broth. Heat through. Serve immediately.
