Ingredients

  • 1 pound baby red potatoes, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 pound chicken breast tenders
  • 1 package (12 ounces) frozen broccoli florets
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 ounces ham cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped

Method

Step 1

Place potatoes and 2 tablespoons of water in covered microwave safe dish. Microwave on high 3-4 minutes until potatoes are fork tender, stirring once. Drain water.

Step 2

Add chicken and remaining ingredients to potatoes. Mix well in a large bowl. Transfer to greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish.

Step 3

Bake uncovered at 350° for 50-55 minutes until chicken is cooked and cheese is beginning to brown.
