Ingredients (crust)

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

3 tablespoons sugar

3 teaspoons melted margarine

Ingredients (filling)

5 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese

1 cup sugar

3 tablespoons flour

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 eggs

1 cup sour cream

Method

Step 1

Mix crust ingredients and press into bottom of 9-in. springform pan. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Beat cream cheese and sugar. Add flour, vanilla and eggs at low speed just until blended. Add sour cream. Pour into crust. Bake at 350° for 65 minutes. Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
