Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 chopped green onion
- 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
- 1/2 3 ounce can crumbled bacon (or crumble a few slices of pre-cooked bacon since bacon in a can isn't very common anymore)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 package (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
Method
Step 1
Grease a 9-in. x 9-in. baking pan and preheat oven to 400°.
Step 2
Beat eggs, milk, onion, butter, salt and pepper until blended. Pour mixture into baking pan. Sprinkle cheese and bacon evenly over top. Bake 20 minutes until brown.
