Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 chopped green onion
  • 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
  • 1/2 3 ounce can crumbled bacon (or crumble a few slices of pre-cooked bacon since bacon in a can isn't very common anymore)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 package (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese

Method

Step 1

Grease a 9-in. x 9-in. baking pan and preheat oven to 400°.

Step 2

Beat eggs, milk, onion, butter, salt and pepper until blended. Pour mixture into baking pan. Sprinkle cheese and bacon evenly over top. Bake 20 minutes until brown.
