Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 medium baking potatoes cut into 1/2-in slices
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Method

Step 1

Combine soup, paprika and pepper.

Step 2

In a greased 2 quart baking dish arrange potatoes in overlapping rows. Sprinkle with cheese. Spoon soup mixture over cheese. Cover with foil. Bake at 425° for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Uncover and bake 10 minutes more.
