Ingredients

  • 5 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 6 tablespoons margarine
  • 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • salt & pepper to taste

Method

Step 1

Place potatoes and onions on a 20x20-in piece of heavy duty foil. Dot with butter. Combine cheese, parsley, Worcestershire, salt & pepper. Sprinkle over potatoes.

Step 2

Fold foil up and around potatoes. Add broth. Seal edges well. Grill, covered over medium heat 35-40 minutes.

This recipe works nicely with petite or baby potatoes cut in half. No peeling and less cutting.
