Ingredients
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 4 pork chops, bone-in or boneless
Method
Step 1
Combine first 9 ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer 5 minutes stirring occasionally. Set aside half of sauce.
Step 2
Place pork chops on broiling pan with rack. Broil 4 inches from heat for 4 minutes each side. Brush with remaining sauce. Continue broiling and basting occasionally 3-4 minutes until juices run clear. Serve with reserved sauce.
