Ingredients

  • 8 ounces uncooked wide egg noodles
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Method

Step 1

Cook noodles according to package directions.

Step 2

In a skillet saute garlic in oil until tender. Add broccoli. Saute for 4 minutes until crisp tender. Add mushrooms and seasonings and saute for 2-3 minutes.

Step 3

Drain noodles and add to broccoli mixture. Stir gently over low heat until heated through.
