Ingredients

  • 2 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup onion, sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Method

Step 1

Grease a 9-in microwave safe dish. Arrange potato and onion in dish. Sprinkle with seasonings. Cover and microwave for 5 minutes.

Step 2

Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and microwave 4-5 minutes until potatoes are tender.
