Ingredients
- 1 package (5-1/2 ounces) instant vanilla pudding
- 2 cups milk
- 1-1/2 cups sour cream
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 30 vanilla wafers
- 1/2 cup raspberry preserves
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
Method
Step 1
Mix first 4 ingredients. Spread a small amount into bottom of the 6 cup bowl.
Step 2
Spread vanilla wafers on one side with preserves. Place a layer of wafers on top of pudding.
Step 3
Add another layer of pudding. Top with 1 cup blueberries. Add more pudding. 1 more cup blueberries. Then remaining pudding. Chill until serving. Serve with whipped cream.
