- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 cup corn flakes
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- ¾ cup raisins
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
Method
Step 1
Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder.
Step 2
Melt butter. Add ingredients in order and mix. Stir in raisins and coconut. Drop by tablespoon or teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for about 12 minutes.
