Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup sugar, divided
  • 1/3 cup margarine, melted
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoon milk
  • 3-1/2 cups Cool Whip, divided
  • 2 pints strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 2 packages (3.4 ounces) vanilla instant pudding
  • 3-1/2 cups cold milk
  • OR, use 1 large package instant pudding with 2-1/2 cups cold milk

Method

Step 1

Combine crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and melted butter. Press firmly into a 13-in. x 9-in. pan. Chill.

Step 2

Beat cream cheese with 1/4 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons milk until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping. Spread over crust.

Step 3

Arrange strawberries in even layer, reserving a few strawberries for garnish. Prepare pudding with 3-1/2 cups cold milk, as directed on package. Pour over berries. Chill several hours or overnight.

Step 4

Shortly before serving, spread remaining whipped topping over pudding. Garnish top with strawberries.
