Ingredients
- 2 cups Bisquick
- 2/3 cup beer
- 1/3 cup crumbled bacon or grated cheese
Method
Step 1
Mix beer and Bisquick until soft dough forms. beat 30 seconds. If dough is too sticky add more Bisquick to make dough easy to handle.
Step 2
Stir in bacon or cheese. Knead dough for 5 minutes. Roll out to 1/2-in thick. Cut into 2-in circles with a glass. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 450° for 10-12 minutes.
