Ingredients

  • 1 pound cooked roast beef
  • 1 can (6 ounces) mushrooms
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 can (12 ounces) beef gravy
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1-2 tablespoons each ketchup and mustard
  • 1 tablespoon butter or oil
  • Cooked egg noodles or pasta

Method

Step 1

In a large saucepan sauté onion in butter or oil. Add beef and mushrooms. Cook for about 3 minutes.

Step 2

Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

Step 3

Serve over egg noodles or pasta
