Ingredients
- 1 pound stew meat
- 3 potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 3 carrots, cut into chunks
- 3 celery stalks, cut into chunks
- 2 onions, quartered
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 can (10 ounces) condensed tomato soup
- 3/4 can water
- 3 tablespoons flour plus salt, pepper and seasonings
Method
Step 1
Trim meat and cut into bite size pieces. Shake to coat in a plastic bag with flour and seasonings. Place in bottom of crock pot. If using an Instant Pot you can brown the meat in the pot if you like. Place veggies on top. Mix water, soup. and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over vegetables. Cook on high until simmering, about 30 minutes. Reduce to low and cook for 8 to 9 hours.
