Ingredients

  • 1 broiler/fryer chicken, quartered
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon each thyme, oregano, rosemary and garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon each salt and pepper

Method

Step 1

Place chicken in shallow glass dish. In a small pan combine all remaining ingredients and bring to a gentle boil. Remove from heat Pour over chicken. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours, turning once.

Step 2

Discard marinade. Grill chicken, covered over medium heat for 30-40 minutes.
