Ingredients
- 1-1/4 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1-1/2 cups bran cereal (other cereal like granola works too)
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup mashed banana
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup oil
Method
Step 1
Mix cereal, milk and banana. Beat in egg and oil.
Step 2
In another bowl mix flour, baking powder and sugar. Stir into cereal mixture until combined. Grease 12 muffin cups. Bake at 400° for 25 minutes.
