Ingredients
- 1 loaf sandwich bread
- 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 pound bacon
Method
Step 1
Trim crusts from bread and cut each slice in half. Spread each half with soup. Roll up bread in 1/2 slice of bacon (soup should be on the inside). Secure with toothpicks. Bake on a cookie sheet at 350° for 40 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
Step 2
Can be frozen before baking and then later baked from frozen without defrosting.
These can also be cooked in an air fryer at 350° for about 15-20 minutes, or in the oven at a 425° for 20 minutes if you want them a little crispier.
