Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 5 garlic cloves, crushed
- dash of hot sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 bunch asparagus, chopped into 2-in pieces
- 1/2 pound uncooked pasta
Method
Step 1
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
Step 2
Meanwhile saute asparagus and garlic in butter and oil until al dente. Add crushed red pepper, pepper, and hot sauce. Pour over drained pasta and sprinkle with cheese.
