Ingredients
- 1/2 pound chicken tenderloins or other boneless skinless chicken
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1-1/2 teaspoons fresh grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- hot cooked rice
Method
Step 1
Sprinkle chicken with pepper. Place in a greased 8-in baking dish.
Step 2
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes. Serve with hot cooked rice.
