- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1-2/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1-1/2 cups semisweet morsels
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup walnuts
Method
Step 1
Line an 8-in. square pan with waxed paper or parchment paper.
Step 2
Combine butter, evaporated milk, sugar and salt in saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Bring to a full boil. Cook 4 to 5 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in marshmallows, chocolate pieces, vanilla and nuts. Stir vigorously for 1 minute. Pour into prepared pan. Refrigerate until firm, at least 1 hour.
