- 4 pounds fresh asparagus, trimmed
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds, toasted
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Method
Step 1
Arrange asparagus in single layer in a foil-lined 15-in. x 10-in. baking pan. Drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. Bake, uncovered at 400° for 12-15 min until crisp tender, turning once. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
