Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 2-1/2 cups oats
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1-1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups nuts, raisins, dates, apricots, or other dried fruit
Method
Step 1
Mix all ingredients well. Drop onto parchment lined baking sheet and bake at 325° for about 25 minutes. They could also be spread into a 13x9-in. pan and made as bars.
Step 2
Place cooled cookies in a container and freeze for up to 6 months.
