Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 pound hot Italian sausage, casings removed
- 1 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup riced cauliflower
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 tablespoons ranch dressing mix
- 2 tablespoons low carb hot sauce of your choice
- 9 strips bacon
Method
Step 1
In a large bowl combine all ingredients except bacon. Mix well. It's easiest to mix with gloved hands. In a 13-in. x 9-in. pan shape into a loaf.
Step 2
On a cutting board weave bacon into a 5x4 grid. Flip the board on top of the loaf and tuck the bacon around edges of the loaf.
Step 3
Bake at 375° for 1 hour.
