Ingredients
- 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 2 eggs
- 24 vanilla wafers
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 can (21 ounces) cherry pie filling
Method
Step 1
Line muffin tins with paper liners. Place a vanilla wafer in each.
Step 2
Mix together cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Spread on top of wafers. Bake at 375° for 15-20 minutes. Cool and top with pie filling. Chill 1 hour or until serving.
