Ingredients

  • 2 apples
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 cup water or cola

Method

Step 1

Combine raisins with sugar and cinnamon.

Step 2

Wash and core apples. Slice skin around base of apple so skin won't shrink. In a microwave safe dish, fill apples with raisin mixture. Pour water or soda over apples. Cover with waxed paper and cook in microwave on high for 7 to 8 minutes.
