Ingredients
- 1 large package (5.9 ounces) instant vanilla pudding
- 1 small package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding
- 3 cups milk
- 8 ounces Cool Whip
- 1 box (14 ounces) graham crackers
- --- ICING ---
- 2 packets choco-bake (this product no longer exists. Use 2 squares of unsweetened chocolate or 6 tablespoons cocoa plus 2 tablespoons margarine)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 2 teaspoons corn syrup
- 2 cups powdered sugar
Method
Step 1
Mix pudding and milk. Let stand for 5 minutes. Fold in whipped topping.
Step 2
Line a 13-in. x 9-in. pan with graham crackers. Spread with one-third of pudding mixture. Alternate layers. End with crackers.
Step 3
Mix next 5 ingredients for icing. Spread over top layer of graham crackers. Refrigerate for 24 hours.
