Ingredients
- 1 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1-1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup potato chips
Method
Step 1
Beat margarine, sugar and vanilla. Add flour and nuts. Mix well. Stir in chips.
Step 2
Roll into 1-in. balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Press down with fork in criss cross pattern. Bake at 350° for 12 minutes. Do not overbake. Cookies will look almost white. Cool completely on cookie sheet before removing.
