Ingredients

  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 stick pie crust mix (Pie crust sticks were a Pillsbury product that hasn't been sold for years. You can use any just-add-water mix. Enough for 1 crust.)
  • 1-1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup walnuts

Method

Step 1

Cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat together eggs and vanilla. Mix into creamed mixture. Crumble in pie crust mix and blend all together. Add raisins and nuts. Pour into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. pan. Bake at 325° for 30 to 35 minutes.
