Ingredients
- 15-20 whole graham crackers
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
Method
Step 1
Line a cookie sheet with foil. Cover with whole graham crackers placed as close together as possible. In a 1 quart saucepan stir together butter and sugar until melted. Boil for 3 minutes. Pour mixture over crackers. Sprinkle with walnuts.
Step 2
Bake at 350° for 10 minutes, watching carefully so they do not burn. Cool for about 15 minutes then break into pieces.
