Ingredients
- 1 package (15.6 ounces) cranberry quick bread
- ½ cup finely chopped walnuts, pecans or other nuts
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Method
Step 1
Combine quick bread mix, nuts, butter and egg. Mix well.
Step 2
Shape dough into 1-½ inch balls. Place 3 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Step 3
With glass dipped in sugar press to 1/8-in. thickness. If sugar won't stick to glass use a little cooking spray. Bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes.
