Ingredients

  • 12 ounces butterscotch morsels
  • 6 tablespoons margarine
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 cups chopped nuts
  • 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Method

Step 1

Melt margarine and morsels until smooth. Add crumbs and nuts. Save 2 cups for topping.

Step 2

Press unreserved mixture into large cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 12 minutes.

Step 3

Mix other ingredients. Pour over baked crust. Sprinkle with topping. Bake 25 minutes.
