Ingredients

  • 1 jar (5 ounces) Old English cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 stick margarine
  • blop of mayonnaise
  • 1 can tiny shrimp, drained
  • 1 package (6) English muffins

Method

Step 1

Mix first 5 ingredients. Spread on English muffins. Cut muffins into quarters (can be done before or after cooking).

Step 2

Broiler for 3 minutes or bake at 450° for 10 minutes and finish under the broiler for 30 seconds.

May be frozen after cooking and reheated at 350° for about 10 minutes.
Spread recipe may be doubled and it will cover 2-1/2 packs of English muffins.
