Ingredients
- 3 bananas, mashed
- 2 eggs, beaten lightly
- 2 cups flour
- 3/4 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/3 cup oil or butter
Method
Step 1
Combine flour, sugar, salt and baking soda. Stir in eggs, bananas and shortening until moistened. Fold in nuts. Pour into a greased 9-in. x 5-in. loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
Step 2
Serve with butter or cream cheese.
