Ingredients
- 1 can (6 ounces) white crab meat, drained and flaked
- 4 ounces Neufchatel cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 12 wonton wrappers
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix crab meat, cheese, onions and mayonnaise.
Step 2
Spray 12 medium muffin cups with cooking spray. Gently place a wrapper in each cup allowing edges of wrappers to extend above sides of cups. Fill evenly with crab meat mixture. Bake at 350° for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and filling is heated through. Serve warm.
