- 1 package (9 ounces) cheese tortellini
- 1-1/2 cup ranch salad dressing
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Method
Step 1
Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain and cool.
Step 2
Combine remaining ingredients and chill until serving.
Step 3
Note, tortellini can be toasted if you want them crunchy. Brush cooked tortellini with Italian salad dressing and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake on a cookie sheet at 400° for 12 minutes.
