Ingredients
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups flour
- 1-1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Ingredients (filling)
1-1/2 cup chopped walnuts, divided
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup raisins
Method
Step 1
Create butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Blend in sour cream.
Step 2
Sift together dry ingredients. Stir into cream mixture. Spread half of batter into pan. Mix filling ingredients except for 1/2 cup walnuts. Sprinkle over batter. Add remaining batter and sprinkle with remaining nuts.
