Ingredients

  • 1 package (10 ounces) frozen or fresh broccoli
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Method

Step 1

Cook broccoli 2 minutes longer than package directions, so it is soft. Drain well and press out liquid. Chop into 1/4-in pieces.

Step 2

With a fork mix in mayonnaise and grated cheese. Chill until serving. If desired sprinkle some paprika on top before serving. Serve with crackers or bread.

This recipe works great cold but if you want it warm bake at 350ยบ for about 20 minutes, or broil for about 4 minutes. French Fried onions on top are a nice addition.
