Ingredients
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 5 pounds country style pork ribs
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
Method
Step 1
Combine the first 9 ingredients in a large bowl. Add ribs and turn to coat.
Step 2
Place onion in bottom of crock pot. Arrange ribs on top. Cover and cook on low 5-6 hours.
Step 3
Place ribs on serving dish. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onion.
