Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 3-1/2 pounds large red potatoes cut into wedges

Method

Step 1
