Ingredients

  • 1 flank steak (3-4 pounds)
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

Method

Step 1

Poke holes in both sides of meat. Make a paste of garlic, salt, and pepper. Rub over meat. Place steak in a plastic bag. Add Worcestershire. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Step 2

Discard marinade. Grill or broil on high heat for 4-5 minutes each side.
