Ingredients
- 4 pounds country style ribs
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 cup Catalina salad dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/4 cup cold water
Method
Step 1
Cut ribs into service size pieces. Place in crock pot. Mix barbecue sauce and salad dressing. Pour over ribs. Sprinkle with garlic. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours.
Step 2
Remove ribs and keep warm. Strain liquid into a saucepan. Skim fat. Mix flour and water until smooth. Stir into cooking liquid. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes. Spoon sauce over ribs.
