Ingredients
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3-4 pounds pork spareribs
- 1/2 cup honey barbeque sauce
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup spicy mustard
- salt & pepper
Method
Step 1
Remove membrane from bone side of ribs and cut into serving size pieces.
Step 2
Place onion in slow cooker. Top with ribs and remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low 8-9 hours.
Step 3
Finish in the broiler for a few minutes if desired.
